To secure your appointment a credit card deposit will be required at the time of booking. Please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the appointment is cancelled and cannot be filled. Missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment prices.

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept secure and in the strictest confidence.

Gift Vouchers

A delightful gift to suit all occasions, vouchers are presented in a kiss cut at the back of our price list with envelope and are available for purchase at reception. Valid for 6 months from purchase.

It will be a pleasure to gift-wrap your purchases. Please enquire at reception.

Mobile Phones and young children

We respectfully ask that mobile phones are switched off or muted during your visit. Out of courtesy for the consideration and comfort of other clients wishing to relax we request that you do not bring young children into the Spa during your treatment.

Products

The complete range of Guinot, Thalgo, Crystal Clear skincare and Jessica nailcare are available for purchase from the retail centre at reception. This includes face, body and sun care products, as well as special seasonal promotions and gift sets. Various Thalgo Nutritional Supplements ask at reception.

Refreshments

Water, Herbal infusions, Tea, Coffee and Fresh Fruit are served in the relaxation room throughout the day. A light lunch menu is also available.

Smoking

For the comfort of all guests, we operate a no smoking policy throughout the premises.

Valuables

Hydradermie, Electrolosis and CACI Quantum treatments require the removal of jewellery which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Gratuities

Should you wish to show appreciation to members of staff either individually or as a team, gratuity envelopes are available upon request at reception.

New Clients

Please arrive 10 mins before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form. For most body treatments you will be best to wear loose clothing after your treatment, so the products will not cause damage. Allow yourself extra time in our relaxation room before leaving or maybe choose to have one of the Linger Longer packages.
